The most common use of copper is in the manufacture of electrical wires, which are usually made of pure copper because it is second only to silver in electrical and thermal conductivity, but much cheaper than silver. Moreover, copper is easy to process, through melting, casting, calendering and other processes to change the shape, can be made into automotive parts and electronic components. These processed copper products are collectively known as “copper products”.
