1, the technical requirements of copper pipe processing are as follows:

(1) The processing of pipeline shall be carried out according to the design drawings, and the shape and size shall meet the design requirements.

(2) The diameter change at the break should be within 2% of the standard diameter of the copper pipe, and the break is not allowed to have flying edge, burr.

(3) Fittings should be degreased, decontaminated, no copper debris, internal and external surfaces are smooth, no oil, scars, oxidized skin.

(4) The welding process must be nitrogen-filled protection, after welding with 2.8 ~ 3.0MPa dry compressed air blowing clean inside.

2, copper tube processing methods are as follows:

(1) a variety of precision fine tube precision truncation processing.

(2) various kinds of precision small tube truncated end face grinding point processing.

(3) on a variety of precision small tube flare mouth closing processing.

(4) A variety of precision small tube bending molding process.

(5) Various kinds of precise and small tube side cut surface processing.

(6) Various kinds of precise and small tube welding assembly and polishing process.

(7) Graded compression and expansion processing of various precision tubes.

(8) For a variety of tubular products multi-station stretch molding products.

(9) The pipe fittings multi-hole bit wall surface empty products.

3, copper tube processing under the material, deburring equipment and operational requirements:

(1) the use of tools: pipe cutter, effective straightedge, positioning block according to the drawing requirements of the size and diameter of the pipe, with a straight measure of the corresponding length, placing the positioning block.

(2) Copper tube needs to be fixed after positioning, and then removed with the cutter, to ensure that the cut is flush, not deformed.

(3) During operation, gloves are not allowed, but deburring can be operated with gloves to prevent the hairline from entering the copper pipe.

(4) During the cutting process, the copper tube is fed evenly to ensure that the mouth is rounded.

(5) When the diameter of the tube is less than (equal to) Φ12mm, more than one (not more than 10) can be discharged together; when the diameter of the tube is greater than Φ12mm, or the length of the copper tube less than 60mm must be discharged separately.

(6) After discharging, the ports must be deburred, and the wire sander is used for deburring, and the size of the inverter should be adjusted according to different pipe diameters to control the speed of the machine. Specifically see table 1 below:

(7) After deburring, copper chips and debris inside and outside the tube must be blown off with dry compressed air of 2.8~3.0MPa.
