C18100 Copper Plate is an alloy material with copper as the main component, characterized by high strength and hardness, which maintains good mechanical properties even in high-temperature environments (e.g. 400°C). This material is age-hardened to significantly improve wear resistance and friction reduction, making it suitable for applications requiring high wear resistance. In addition, C18100 copper sheet is easy to weld and braze and has good corrosion resistance in atmospheric and fresh water.
C18100 copper sheet also exhibits excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, with conductivity typically greater than 75% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard) and electrical conductivity up to 43 MS/m. It is capable of being used for extended periods of time at high temperatures without loss of mechanical properties, and has a softening temperature of approximately 550°C. The material has good oxidation resistance at high temperatures, and is suitable for applications requiring high wear resistance. This material has good high-temperature oxidation resistance and is suitable for applications with operating temperatures up to 250°C. It is widely used in the manufacture of motor rectifiers, spot welders, and other components that require operation under high-temperature conditions.
