T1 Copper Bar is a high purity, oxygen-free copper with excellent electrical conductivity and thermal properties. “T1” indicates that the copper is Electrolytic Toughness Pitch (ETP) grade, which ensures high purity by minimizing the presence of oxygen and other impurities. This high purity makes T1 copper particularly suitable for applications with excellent electrical conductivity, such as the production of conductors, connectors and electrical components.
The absence of oxygen enhances the metal’s electrical conductivity, permitting efficient transmission of electrical signals and minimizing energy loss in electrical systems. The ductility and malleability of T1 Copper rods further contributes to their utility in a wide variety of manufacturing processes, allowing them to be easily formed into rods, wires, and other forms to meet the requirements of specific applications.
